This project involved the delivery of new multi storey student accommodation varying from 8 to 14 storeys to provide 759 single student bedrooms together with 903sqm of commercial floor space at ground floor and ancillary storage rooms, communal areas, open space and plant areas. The project benefited from local district heating integration and had full mechanical ventilation with heat recovery through the cluster bedrooms, studios and communal kitchens. The project was designed and certified at a BREEAM Excellent rating.
