The project at Aloft London Excel incorporates 100m deep bore holes for geothermal heating and cooling plants. Linked to a combined heat and power unit coupled with 30000 litre thermal store. This system utilises the natural heat generated within the ground source on a low grade heat circuit and the CHP on a high grade heat circuit.
