This CEF award winning project invloved the construction of a new £25m, 14,900m2  school on what was the site of the existing school playing fields. The project involved extensive integrated community facilities such a creche and hair dressing salon and the drama and main assembly hall were complete with extensive professional performance art and recording facilities.

The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating at completion.
