The South West Lands plot lies adjacent to Wembley Stadium and London Designer Outlet. The site has boundaries with Chiltern Rail to the South of the site and South Way Road to the North. Of the 553 homes, 114 will be affordable with the remaining 439 managed by Tipi. Residents of South West Lands will benefit from a centralised ‘hub’ with an onsite gym, library, resident’s lounge, flexible workspaces and 24/7 concierge service leading out to a podium garden. The project is formed around a series of south–facing courtyards with private balconies and communal roof terraces to reveal spectacular views across London, while South Way and Station Square are activated at ground level with terraces, residents’ facilities and retail units to animate the space, as well as the experience of walking between the station and the stadium.
