Caldwell provided full MEP services for the design and build contract for this state of the art tennis and sports centre in Dundonald Belfast. this was the first David Lloyd facility in Northern Ireland and facilities included, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, executive Spa steam room and sauna, childrens creche, commercial kitchen, dining and conference facilites.
