Caldwell were appointed to provide full MEP consultancy services for the North and West division of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust to design, supervise and manage all minor works projects to the value of £500,000. Currently circa 50 live projects including:– Biomass prefabricated cabin boiler replacements throughout Belfast, provision of a new 1.5MW standby generator at the Mater Hospital complete with site HV/LV control strategy, new district heating system at Muckamore Abbey Hospital, new 4MW energy centre complete with 150kW CHP at Muckamore Abbey Hospital, Replacement Staff Attack Alarms throughout Muckamore Abbey Hospital
