New port facility at Old House Point just north of Cairnryan to replace the existing port facility in Stranraer. Works included land reclamation, new utility services infrastructure, 1.5kM of road lighting to Transport Scotland requirements, security building, check–in facilities, terminal building with dedicated police facility, workshop, walkway, linkspan, automatic mooring facility, site and amenity lighting, CCTV and security systems for both Stena Line and Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary.
