Located in Fitzrovia London, Yalding House entailed the comprehensive refurbishment of a 1930s office and BBC Radio Studios building and the addition of a new core into a redundant light–well in order to modernise the circulation and facilities of the building. The refurbished building provides stylish office space as well as a restaurant unit on the ground floor and basement.

An enhanced energy–metering system was installed to allow the building user to monitor the usage of both landlord & tenant services on a floor by floor basis.
