Caldwell Schemes Scoop Multiple Awards
Caldwell are delighted to have been part of the teams involved in two award winning schemes.
Brentford Lock West Block E wins the ‘RIBA Award 2018’ – Construction of Phase II to the award–winning Brentford Lock West development, providing 157 new build high specification residential units across two RC blocks (Block E and F) along the banks of the Grand Union Canal. Works also include a basement car park, footpath and towpath alongside landscaping and garden works.
Catherine House student accommodation in Portsmouth wins ‘International Project of the Year Award 2018’ at the Irish Construction Industry Awards in Dublin – This project included the conversion of the existing landmark building Zurich House and construction of an adjoining building to provide 1000 bed student accommodation block. The scheme will also include car–parking facilities and a public space linking Stanhope Road to Victoria Park.
