Grand Central Hotel Opens
Caldwell are delighted to have been part of the excellent team which recently delivered the new Grand Central Hotel in Belfast City Centre.
The new £53m hotel development included a full revamp of the existing 23–storey Windsor House building. The hotel will operate at the upper end of the four–star market offering 300 bedrooms, two restaurants and Sky Bar located on the 22nd floor.
