London Housing Market Heats Up
After the successful completion of the scheme at Tuffnel Park our scheme for Taylor Wimpey at Great Peters Street, Westminster is now on site. Taylor Wimpey have also appointed Caldwell for the next phase adding another 100 units all of which shall be served from the energy centre located within the Great Peters Street building. Caldwell are undertaking the MEP, Sustainability, Code 4 assessments , SAP and energy modelling, plus passenger lift and acoustic engineering.
