Works commence at GSY
Works have commenced on the site at Great Scotland Yard, London. The first phase enabling contract includes the relocation of a UKPower Networks sub–station plus internal demolition and façade retention. Caldwell are providing full MEP services, BREEAM, energy modelling, and sustainability. The site include 3 levels of basement and is set to become a destination 5 star Hotel a short walk from Trafalgar Square and around the corner from the Corinthia Hotel.
